With an occupancy of two people we are charging

$ 295.– July and August

$ 80.– for any additional person

We kindly inform you that we accept bookings with children only from the age of 13.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. However, there may be variations if there is a gap between two bookings.

All prices are per night incl. breakfast plus taxes.

Rates are subject to change without notice (guests already booked are exempt from any changes).

A credit card (VISA or Mastercard) is required to secure your booking.
Rates are quoted in CAD $ funds and subject to applicable tax.

50% will be charged at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid on the day of arrival at check-in.

To ensure you and our other guests the best possible stay, please make sure to submit the correct number of children and adults in your party.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation upon arrival of a party if the number of guests is greater then the original booking shows.

OUR POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR OUR SUITES
The O.K. Whistle Stop Bed and Breakfast is a small house where every guest reservation is important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you need to cancel your reservation, the following terms apply.
– 28 days before arrival date: 10% cancellation fee of the reservation amount
– 14 days before arrival date: 50% of the reservation amount*
– less than 14 days before arrival date: 100% of the reservation amount*

* If the suite can be partially re-rented, only the difference and the cancellation fee will be charged.
* If the suite can be re-rented in full, only the cancellation fee will be charged.

The cancellation fee is 10% of the cost of the reservation plus tax.
Reservations must be cancelled by phone or email by 4:00pm, 28 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund less cancellation fees.
Refunds for cancellations made within the 28 days prior to the arrival date will only be refunded at the end of the cancelled stay.

PAYMENT / BOOKING
Reservations may be made by e-transfer or creditcard payments.
A creditcard ( VISA or MASTERCARD ) is required to secure your booking.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED
In the Case of Smoke/Fire/Snow Storms/Road Conditions/Weather/Natural Disaster:
The above Cancellation Policy stands at all times. It is the responsibility of the guest to acquire trip or travel cancellation insurance through your chosen provider.

SMOKING
There is a designated smoking area on the property.
All rooms and the rest of the B&B are smoking free.

PETS
Sorry we do not allow any pets on the property out of consideration of people with allergies.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS
Persons who have not booked with us are not allowed to stay on the property for insurance reasons and out of consideration for other guests.
